This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect
- Account & billing info — name, email, and payment details (processed by our payment provider, e.g. Stripe; we don't store full card numbers).
- Site/usage data — your slug, site name, provisioning status, and AI usage metrics.
- Content — the prompts, characters, articles, images, and chats you create. Saved conversations are stored in your own provisioned WordPress site, under your account there.
- Technical data — logs, IP address, and basic analytics.
How we use it
To provide and operate the service, provision and maintain your sites, bill correctly, provide support, and improve Scike.
Third-party AI & service providers
To deliver features, content you create may be sent to third-party providers for processing:
- OpenAI (text & image generation)
- Anthropic (text generation)
- Tavily (web search/research)
- Payment processor (e.g., Stripe) for billing
- Email delivery (SMTP via Microsoft 365) for transactional email
These providers process data under their own terms; we share only what's needed to perform the requested operation.
We send transactional email (provisioning, billing, support). Marketing email, if any, includes an unsubscribe option.
Data retention
We retain account and content data while your subscription is active and for a period afterward as described in the Terms, then delete it.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact support@scike.ai to make a request.
Cookies
We use cookies needed to run the site and, optionally, for analytics.
Sites we provision for you ship with our own first-party consent tooling — a cookie banner and a cookie statement — so your visitors can accept or decline non-essential cookies on your site. You remain the data controller for your site and its visitors; configuring that banner, and the policies your site publishes, is yours to do.
