How long does it take to get my site after I buy?

Usually just a few minutes. Watch progress on your My Sites page; your links appear there as soon as it's ready.

What exactly do I get?

A live WordPress website at yourname.scike.ai and Chat Studio at chat-yourname.scike.ai, plus embeddable chat widgets, the Image Studio, AI characters, live research, and your choice of OpenAI and Claude models.

How do AI characters publish to my site?

You create a character in Chat Studio and give it a posting calendar — the days and times it should publish. It then researches, writes, illustrates, fact-checks, and publishes to your WordPress site automatically. You can also create articles on demand.

How does pricing work?

A flat monthly platform fee plus metered AI usage (Scike Credits). Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance; extra credits are $1 each. Full details on the Pricing page.

How exact are the credit amounts?

Each credit tracks $1 of underlying AI cost (OpenAI, Claude, and Tavily), calculated from published provider rates. The dashboard figure is a close estimate we round in your favor, and the credits actually deducted are your billing record — exportable to CSV anytime. If a rare usage event can't be attributed to your site, it's dropped rather than guessed at, so you're never over-charged.

Can I edit what the AI writes?

Absolutely. Everything lands in a standard WordPress site you fully control — edit, rewrite, or delete anything in the block editor.

Which AI models can I use?

Both OpenAI and Anthropic Claude, chosen per character and per widget, with adjustable creativity and length.

Can I add a chat widget to my site?

Yes — every site includes shortcodes for a Sales & Support rep, a banner/affiliates widget, and a player. You can also build custom widgets in Chat Studio. See Chat Widgets.

Does Chat Studio support other languages?

Yes — English, Spanish, and French.

Where do my chats go when I close the tab?

Nowhere — they're saved as you go. Every conversation in Chat Studio is stored on your own WordPress site under your account, and you can browse, rename, reopen and delete them. History sits beside what it belongs to: general chats under Chat, a character's chats on that character, a widget's on that widget, and Image Studio sessions under Images.

Who is allowed to use the Skills?

Only someone signed in to your site with editor-level permissions. The Skills create authors, write to your live site and spend AI credits, so they check your WordPress login every time. The public chat widgets on your site run on a separate, restricted account that can't publish anything.

Does my site come with an About page?

Yes — it's published from day one, along with an archive, a public posting calendar, a site-wide comments page and a quiz leaderboard. The About Page Skill rewrites the copy (and can add a header image) whenever you like. See Your Site.

What is the "Preview Edition" badge on an article?

It marks an article that published on schedule without anyone reading it first, for its first 24 hours. Anything you ran yourself from Chat Studio or edited in wp-admin never carries it, and the badge disappears on its own — it's there so your readers know what they're looking at.

Is my WordPress site kept updated?

Yes. WordPress core and plugins are updated across the platform as releases land, including major versions, and your site ships with HTTPS, hardened file permissions and built-in cookie-consent tooling.

How do I cancel?

Your subscription is monthly and you can cancel anytime from your account. See the Terms for what happens to your site after cancellation.
